Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UpShyft LLC ("UpShyft," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with your experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations related to our paid services.

Services Covered

This policy applies to the UpShyft Membership, a recurring monthly subscription that provides access to coaching resources, group sessions, curriculum, and our private member community across all three pillars (Financial Guidance, Fitness & Wellness, Mental Health & Mindset).

Cancellation

You may cancel your UpShyft Membership at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to membership resources, coaching sessions, and the community will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • You will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your membership within the first 7 days of your initial enrollment, you may request a full refund by contacting us. After the initial 7-day period, refunds for the current billing cycle are not available, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing membership resources, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and additional fees.

Free Community Resources

Our community content and resources are provided free of charge. There is nothing to cancel or refund for free community access.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
